Abstract
Decentralization, i.e. transfer of powers from vertical to horizontal management, has always been one of the important factors in improving the efficiency of public administration. This article is about decentralization, in which the role and importance of decentralization in increasing the efficiency of government, the opinions of a number of scientists, politicians and statesmen on the same topic, the types of decentralization, the countries that exhibit these types, and so on. a number of issues related to decentralization are stated.
