MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF METABOLIC DISORDERS IN INTERSCIOUS LUNG FIBROSIS OF RATS
Abstract
The general situation of the metabolic syndrome problem related to respiratory diseases in the CIS countries and Uzbekistan corresponds to world trends and is characterized by the increasing medical and social status of these widespread chronic diseases, especially among the elderly population. Changes in the ecology of the world have led to an increase in the frequency of interstitial development of pulmonary fibrosis.
Pulmonary fibrosis during interstitial development, risk for cardiovascular disease due to metabolic syndrome factors, namely abdominal obesity, atherogenic dyslipidemia, carbohydrate metabolism disorders, and arterial hypertension, which are considered to have a single pathophysiological basis.
