THE PROCEDURE FOR ASSIGNING A ONE-TIME ALLOWANCE FOR THE BIRTH OF A CHILD

Abstract

  Nowadays, the population of our country is increasing day by day. Children born out of wedlock constitute the main part of this, and a one-time benefit is assigned to each child born. The procedure for assigning this allowance is in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 327 of May 23, 2020, the Administrative Regulations for the provision of state services on the appointment of a one-time allowance for the birth of a child were adopted. This Regulation applies to the parents of the child born or their substitutes (hereinafter referred to as applicants) regarding the appointment of a one-time allowance (hereinafter referred to as allowance) given at the birth of a child through State Service Centers determines the procedure for providing state services (hereinafter referred to as state services). Public services, in case of application within 6 months from the date of birth of the child through the Public Service Centers or the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body) and the allowance is paid by the organization entrusted with the delivery (delivery) of the allowance.
