YURISDIKSIYANI BELGILASHNING NAZARIY MUAMMOLARI: HUQUQIY DOKTRINALAR VA YONDASHUVLAR
Abstract
Ushbu dissertatsiya tadqiqotida yurisdiksiyani belgilashning nazariy muammolari, huquqiy doktrinalar va yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot yurisdiksiyaning asosiy tushunchalari, uning huquqiy tabiati va turi, shuningdek, yurisdiksiyani belgilash mezonlariga bag‘ishlangan.
