THE THEORETICAL ISSUES OF IMPROVING STATE FUNCTIONS IN WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY
Abstract
This thesis primarily focuses on the theoretical-legal foundations of state functions in working with young people. Additionally, it explores the principles of existing legislation and provides analysis. The conclusion of the thesis offers recommendations for legislation and practice.
