ENHANCING FISCAL EFFICIENCY: ADDRESSING CHALLENGES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BUDGET OPTIMIZATION IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article examines the challenges and potential solutions related to optimizing state budget expenditures in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the current state of budget allocation, identifying key issues such as inefficiencies, lack of transparency, inadequate prioritization, and corruption. The article proposes recommendations to enhance budget optimization, including measures to improve transparency, efficiency, prioritization, combat corruption, and leverage technology. By addressing these challenges, Uzbekistan can improve fiscal sustainability, enhance public service delivery, and foster economic growth. The article provides a comprehensive overview of the issues surrounding budget optimization in Uzbekistan and offers actionable recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders.
