IMPROVEMENT OF COMBINED OFFENSIVE MOVEMENTS OF YOUNG GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLERS
Abstract
Greco-Roman wrestling is one of the most ancient and prestigious sports, which demands high physical preparation, technical skills and tactical thinking. One of the key aspects of Greco-Roman wrestling success is the ability to perform effective offensive moves. This article deals with the problem of improving the combined offensive movements of young Greco-Roman wrestlers and suggests approaches to their improvement.
