SHAXSDAGI HISSIY-RUHIY EMOTSIONAL HOLATLAR, STRESSGA VA STRESSNI BARTARAF ETUVCHI PSIXOLOGIK MASHG‘ULOTLAR
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada shaxsning hissiy-ruhiy emotsional holatlari, stress va uni bartaraf etuvchi psixologik mashg‘ulotlar ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Emotsiyalar inson psixikasining muhim komponenti sifatida qaralib, ularning fiziologik va psixologik asoslari izohlanadi. Stressning kelib chiqish sabablari, turlari (eustress va distress) hamda ularning organizmga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, stressni kamaytirishda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy psixologik yondashuvlar – mindfulness, relaksatsiya, kognitiv-xulqiy terapiya, avtogen mashqlar va psixoedukatsion metodlarning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, kompleks psixologik mashg‘ulotlar insonda emotsional barqarorlik, bardoshlilik va ruhiy muvozanatni mustahkamlaydi.
