Introduction
Emotional intelligence of teachers plays a very important role in the educational process today. Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand one's own emotional states, understand the emotions of others, and manage these emotions. If teachers have emotional intelligence, it will greatly help them improve their relationships with students. This article examines the need and methods for increasing the communicative readiness of teachers through the development of emotional intelligence.
Emotional intelligence and its impact.
Emotional intelligence consists of five key components: understanding one’s own emotions, managing emotions, empathy, social skills, and motivation. These skills help teachers build successful relationships with their students and meet their emotional needs. When teachers develop their emotional intelligence, they can get more useful feedback from their students and achieve better results in the learning process[2].
Methodology for improving communicative training Self-awareness and management. Educators must develop skills to recognize and manage their emotions[4]. To this end, techniques such as expressing one's feelings in writing and meditation can be employed. Empathy development Simulation games and group discussions must be held to understand and react to students ' emotions. This will help educators better understand the problems of students. Improving social skills Educators should develop the skills of active participation in interaction, listening and communication. Dialogue games and role-playing games are implied. The role of emotional intelligence in the pedagogical process. Emotional intelligence has five main components: self-awareness, emotion management, empathy, social skills, and motivation. These components are important for improving the relationship of educators with their students, creating a positive environment in the educational process. When the teacher develops his emotional intelligence, it helps students to increase motivation, understand their emotional state, and achieve personal and academic success[3].
Methodological recommendations Self-awareness and management. Educators can use journal writing and analytical study of their own emotional experiences to recognize and analyze their own emotions. Empathy development Teachers must use role-playing games and simulations in order to better understand their students. This allows them to understand the emotional states of the students. Improving social skills Through group discussions, discussions, and communication games, educators help develop their communicative abilities in their interactions[5]. Increase motivation. It is like implementing strategies related to understanding the individual emotions of students and giving them motivation through their activities.
Conclusion
In place of the conclusion,it can be said that the underdevelopment of the emotional intelligence of the teacher contributes to the manifestation of aggression towards students by the teacher. Teacher aggression is one of the types of psychological violence that creates psychological trauma in adolescents. Children who become victims of the aggressive behavior of the teacher are characterized by increased aggression, a feeling of extreme guilt, low self-esteem in relation to their peers and suicidal tendencies, which rarely manifest themselves in the form of auto-activity. It is very important for the teacher to have a flexible psyche and developed emotional intelligence, which helps to find solutions to complex situations of communication.
