HISTORICAL AND PILGRIMAGE SITES IN THE TERRITORY OF UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article highlights the significance of historical and pilgrimage sites in the territory of Uzbekistan, their role as cultural heritage, and the issues related to the study and preservation of these sites in the life of the people. The article analyzes famous pilgrimage sites and historical monuments located in various regions of Uzbekistan and their cultural and spiritual importance. Additionally, the potential of these sites for tourism and travel has been examined.
