Abstract
Amerikalik yozuvchi Rey Bredberi “Men kutubxonada va mutlaqo bepul ta’lim olganman” deb yozgan edi. Bugunga kelib esa o‘qish jarayonlari takomillashib turli internet resurslar hamda onlayn kurslar tobora ommalashmoqda. Turli axborotlar “bozori”da yanglishib qolmaslik uchun sifatli xizmatlardan foydalanish zarur. O‘zbekistonda so‘nggi yillarga kelib bu yo‘nalish rivojlanmoqda.
