Abstract

From the point of view of today, the professional competence in Higher Education System is a generalized personal and special education, which includes a high the level of his theoretical and methodological, psychological and pedagogical, methodological and practical training. The professional competency means of providing a conscious solution to professional problems and the criterion for the formation of abilities.
