Abstract

Legitimacy has always been one of the important factors in increasing the efficiency of state administration, that is, citizens' positive assessment of the government, its compliance with the law, recognition of the right to rule, and willingness to obey voluntarily.This article is about legitimacy, in which the role and importance of legitimacy in the effectiveness of power, its different aspects from legality, the opinions of a number of scientists, politicians and statesmen on the same topic, the types of legitimacy and the manifestations of these types countries, governments and individuals, personal opinions and suggestions on increasing legitimacy, and a number of issues related to such legitimacy.
