TECHNIQUES FOR MITIGATING PROCRASTINATION AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Abstract
Procrastination is a common behavioral problem among university students and often has a negative impact on academic performance and psychological well-being. This article examines the main causes of procrastination and explores effective techniques for mitigating it. Particular attention is given to time management strategies, cognitive and behavioral approaches, emotional regulation, and the role of technology in reducing task delay. By applying these techniques, students can develop better study habits, increase productivity, and improve their overall academic success. The article aims to provide practical and accessible strategies that can be implemented in everyday academic life.
