Abstract

In recent years, mobile phones have become ubiquitous tools in students’ daily lives. Their impact on education has been widely debated, with researchers exploring both positive and negative aspects of using mobile phones in studying. This article examines how mobile phones influence students’ learning experiences, academic performance, motivation, and classroom behavior. Based on previous research and contemporary observations, the study concludes that while mobile phones can enhance learning through increased accessibility to information and educational apps, they can also distract students and negatively affect concentration. Effective educational strategies and digital policies are necessary to maximize the educational benefits of mobile phones while minimizing their drawbacks.
