THE ROLE OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS
Abstract
In the era of rapid technological development and global competition, the ability of students to think independently and creatively is becoming a decisive factor in professional success. This paper explores the role of scientific research in the professional development of university students. It emphasizes how participation in research enhances cognitive independence, analytical competence, and creativity while shaping ethical awareness and innovation-oriented thinking. The study suggests that integrating research into higher education curricula not only reinforces theoretical knowledge but also helps students adapt to real-life professional challenges.
