Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the social, legal and practical significance of the road safety system, as well as its structure and main tasks. The essence of the system, participating entities and their interaction, preventive and control mechanisms for ensuring safety are revealed. At the same time, proposals and recommendations are made to increase the effectiveness of the system.
