PARA TAEKVONDOCHILARDA HIMOYA VA STEP HARAKATLARINING MAVJUD METODIK ASOSLARI VA ULARNING SAMARADORLIGINI O‘RGANISH BO‘YICHA ILMIY-ADABIYOTLAR TAHLILI
Abstract
Mazkur ilmiy ishda para taekvondo sportida bloklash va oyoq step reaktsiyasi sportchilarning musobaqadagi muvaffaqiyati va himoya samaradorligini belgilovchi asosiy omillar sifatida tahlil qilingan. Turli klassifikatsiya guruhlari bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan xalqaro tadqiqotlar natijalari, jumladan, bloklash va step reaktsiyasi tezligi, buzilish turiga qarab farqlar, shuningdek, metodik yondashuvlarda individual tayyorgarlik zaruriyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, taekvondo sportchilarida reaktsiya tezligini oshirish bo‘yicha oddiy va murakkab testlar samaradorligi, musobaqa tayyorgarligida simulyatsion testlar va individual rejalar tuzishning afzalliklari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Jahon Para-Taekvondo tizimida so‘nggi yillarda amalga oshirilgan islohotlar, yangilangan klassifikatsiya, xavfsizlik talablari va texnik reglamentlar, shuningdek, musobaqalar monitoringi uchun taksonomik tizimlar tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy elektron himoya vositalari, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi video-tahlil tizimlari va ilmiy asoslangan monitoring metodlari sportchilar raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, musobaqa jarayonining shaffofligini ta’minlash va tayyorgarlik sifatini yaxshilashdagi o‘rni bilan asoslangan.
