BO‘LAJAK PEDAGOGNING KASBIY MADANIYATI: MAZMUNI, AHAMIYATI VA SHAKLLANISH BOSQICHLARI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak pedagogning kasbiy madaniyati tushunchasi, uning tarkibiy qismlari va shakllanish bosqichlari tahlil qilingan. Kasbiy madaniyatning pedagogik axloq, estetika, kommunikativ madaniyat, innovatsion yondashuv va refleksiv fikrlash kabi asosiy jihatlari yoritilgan. Maqola doirasida bo‘lajak pedagoglar uchun kasbiy madaniyatni shakllantirish yo‘llari, ta’lim muhitining ta’siri va shaxsiy o‘zini anglash jarayonining o‘rni ilmiy asosda tahlil etilgan.
