IMPROVING LEGISLATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS OF BUSINESS ENTITIES TO LAND PLOTS
Abstract
The article discusses the importance of protecting the property rights of business entities to land plots, problems in this regard in practice, as well as issues of improving legislation on the protection of property rights.
