ON PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS TO LAND OF BUSINESS SUBJECTS THROUGH IMPROVEMENT OF LEGISLATION.
Abstract
The developed countries of the world have achieved their development by ensuring the inviolability of private property. Without private property, without its reliable guarantee, a strong social state cannot be built[1]. Because, the economic development of the country and ensuring the well-being of the people is directly related to the reliable protection of property rights and the provision of a business environment.
