PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
The article discloses the legal aspects of personal data and their protection, classification within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, the need for personal data protection, factors affecting it, issues related to data privacy and existing problems regarding the guarantees of the rights of the owner of personal data are highlighted.
